Parents charged after child falls out second-story window

Police were called to a home in Jamestown just after 7:30 a.m. Wednesday to help EMS personnel with a young child that had fallen from a window.

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — A Jamestown couple is facing child endangerment charges after their child fell out of a second story window. 

Police were called to a home in Jamestown just after 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday to help EMS personnel with a young child that had fallen from a window. 

The child, whose age was not given, was taken to the hospital to be treated. The child is believed to have suffered minor injuries.

Police found the parents, identified as Max P. Hubbard, 26 and Breanne Fuller, 22, both of Jamestown, inside the home, along with two other children.  

Police say the home was in "deplorable conditions". They also said that the child was locked in his room with the window open and no parental supervision. 

Both Hubbard and Fuller are both facing three counts of Endangering the Welfare of Child. They are currently being held pending their arraignment.
