NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — A Niagara Falls man has pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual assault in the first degree.
Gregory Noonan, 25, was charged with sexually assaulting two different victims in 2021 and 2022 in Niagara Falls.
"The defendant faces up to 20 years in prison and 15 years post-release supervision. On behalf of the victims of these crimes we will be asking the judge to impose that maximum sentence," said Niagara County District Attorney Brian D. Seaman in a post on social media.
The Niagara Falls Police Department investigated, and Special Victims Unit Bureau Chief Heather Nicholson prosecuted the suspect.
