NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y.- A Niagara Falls man was arrested for allegedly robbing a woman in a parking lot.
Efrain Velez, 38, is charged with robbery and petit larceny, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
The Niagara Police Department and the Niagara County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Bureau investigated a strong-armed robbery of a female in a parking lot on Military Road on July 18, according to Sheriff James R. Voutour.
Velez, a Niagara Falls resident, was arraigned in Niagara Town Court with a $10,000/$20,000 bail. He will reappear in court at 6 p.m. on August 15.
