NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — The Niagara Falls Police Department said one woman has died in Niagara Falls.
According to the news release, police said the woman died after an alleged domestic violence incident.
The incident happened on Orleans Avenue Sunday afternoon. Police said when they arrived at the scene of a home they found the woman unresponsive on the floor. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said 32-year-old Keith Hill, from Buffalo, has been arrested and is facing a charge of second-degree murder.
Hill was arraigned Monday and will be held in the Niagara County Jail until his next court date on Thursday.
The woman's name is not being released at this time police said.
