BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man has been arraigned on a murder charge in connection with a shooting in the city's Kensington Neighborhood last week.
Levon Dickson,49, was arraigned on Saturday before a Buffalo City Court judge on one count of murder in the second degree.
According to investigators, Buffalo Police responded to a shooting Wednesday on the 300 block of Warwick Avenue. A 60-year-old male victim had been found suffering from gunshot wounds, and died at the scene.
Dickson will return to court on Thursday, February 15 and has been held without bail. If sentenced he could face a maximum of 25-years to life in prison if convicted.
