BUFFALO, N.Y. — A man was shot and killed Friday night, prompting an investigation by Buffalo Police.
The shooting happened around 9:30 p.m. Friday on Walden Avenue, near Sycamore Street. That's where Ferry-Fillmore officers found a man who had been shot in a backyard.
Police declared the 42-year-old man dead at the scene.
Two people were shot and killed hours apart late Friday night. The other fatal shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. on the 100 block of Northland Avenue, where a spokesperson for Buffalo Police confirmed that a 28-year-old man was killed.
