BUFFALO, N.Y. — A man suffered serious injuries from a shooting that happened Friday afternoon on the City of Buffalo's West Side.
The shooting happened shortly before 5 p.m. on the 300 block of Potomac Avenue, east of Grant Street. Northwest District officers responded to the scene inside a store, a spokesperson for the Buffalo Police Department said.
The 22-year-old Buffalo man was rushed to Erie County Medical Center, with injuries that police called serious in nature. Police added that the shooting was targeted in nature.
