BUFFALO, N.Y. — Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority said a Buffalo man has died after being stabbed Sunday morning.
The stabbing happened around 11 a.m. at the NFTA's Utica station on the street level. Transit Police are investigating and said the victim, identified as Donnie Reese, 53, was rushed to Erie County Medical Center, where he died.
The Utica station was closed as police investigated. It has since reopened, the NFTA confirmed Sunday evening.
The investigation is ongoing.
