BUFFALO, N.Y. — A man was shot outside the Gypsy Parlor this morning around 4 a.m. according to a Buffalo Police spokesperson.
Officers responded to the area of Grant Street and Potomac Avenue in Buffalo where the 36-year-old was shot.
The man was transported by ambulance to ECMC where police say he is in critical condition.
