BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man accused of indecent exposure at Delaware Park was arraigned in court Tuesday.
Chester B. Culverhouse, 50, was arraigned in Buffalo City Court on one count of Public Lewdness, which is a Class “B” misdemeanor.
According to investigators, Buffalo Police were called the area of Nottingham Terrace and Meadow Road at Delaware Park for a report of an indecent exposure on March 5. Police located the man, who matched the description of the person who reported the incident to police.
Culverhouse was charged and released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to return to court on May 8 for a pre-trial conference. If convicted, Culverhouse faces up to 90 days in jail if convicted. He was released on his own recognizance.
