CUBA, N.Y. — An Allegany County police department is searching for a man with an active warrant.
Harry Strong, 18, was first arrested Monday afternoon when the Cuba Police Department said he allegedly stole a family's pet cat. He was charged with trespassing, petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, and filing a false written statement, then released on an appearance ticket.
But now police are searching for him once more, for harassment and disorderly conduct.
Cuba Police on Wednesday said Strong should not be approached, but if you know where he is, you're asked to call 911.
