NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. — A Lockport man is now admitting to sexually abusing two separate children at different times.
Niagara County DA Brian Seaman announced Thursday, 53-year-old Ronald J Sponaugle pleaded guilty to two counts of Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree.
Sponaugle will be sentenced on September 26. He faces up to 25 years in prison.
