TONAWANDA, N.Y. — New York State Police say troopers on patrol spotted a vehicle speeding on I-290, in the Town of Tonawanda, Sunday.
Troopers stopped the vehicle, where they say the driver, Jennifer Conway, failed field sobriety tests.
Conway was driving with five minors, all under the age of 16, in the car.
She was arrested and taken to NYSP Clarence, where she took a breath test and blew a .19% BAC.
Conway was charged with aggravated DWI (under Leandra's Law, a felony), and endangering the welfare of a child.
She was also cited for speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation.
Conway was arraigned before Tonawanda Court and posted her $1000 bail.
