JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — A Jamestown man is accused of killing a 16-month-old infant with what investigators describe as blunt-force trauma.
The incident happened on April 13. Police were first notified on April 15.
Police say 25-year-old Matthew E. Nuttall was arrested on April 17 and charged with Manslaughter in the Second Degree.
Nuttall is being held on $500,000 bail, or $1,000,000 bond.
Nuttall remains in custody as the Jamestown Police Department continues investigating, and the Grand Jury deliberates more charges.
