BUFFALO, N.Y. — A man from Georgia faces murder charges following a deadly shooting in Niagara Falls earlier this year.

The Niagara County District Attorney, Brian D. Seaman, issued a press release Thursday that announced 24-year-old Mathew Glass of Atlanta, Georgia, had been indicted and charged in the death of Niagara Falls resident Robert Miller.  He was killed on October 2.

Glass was charged on Thursday with one count of Murder in the Second Degree, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, and Tampering with a Witness in the Third Degree.

He was arraigned by County Court Judge John J. Ottaviano, who remanded Glass to Niagara County Jail without any possibility of bail.

The judge ordered Glass to return to court on December 14th.
