LANCASTER, NY -- Former Lancaster Councilman Mark Aquino will have to do 100 hours of community service following his conviction in a drunk driving case.
Aquino stepped down from office in March after he was accused of driving drunk and slamming into an unoccupied parked car.
Aquino will also be fined and his license will be suspended following the case.
