BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo Police are investigating a fatal train accident that occurred on Sunday night around 11:40 p.m.
The accident happened in the area of Kensington Avenue and Pauline Street in the City of Buffalo.
According to officers at the scene a 40-year-old woman was hit by the train and declared dead at the scene. No foul play is a factor at this time according to Buffalo Police officials.
The woman's identity has not yet been revealed.
Buffalo Police are continuing to investigate, and updates will be provided once they become available.
