BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Erie County Sheriff's Office provided an update after three individuals in Western New York were arrested in the last 30 days.

People arrested included 35-year-old Dellsean Hamilton, 41-year-old Joseph Krempa, and 35-year-old Christian Burgos-Ramos. They are all now in custody.

Burgos-Ramos was arrested Monday after law enforcement said they found cocaine and approximately $20,000 cash.

Krempa was arrested Tuesday. Members of law enforcement said they found 11 guns, and suspected cocaine and fentanyl inside Krempas home.

Erie County Sheriff John Garcia said he feels Western New York is a safer place after these arrests.

"How many lives were saved, we'll never know, but that's the ultimate goal of law enforcement, is to prevent crime and save lives before this poison his street," Garcia said. "All the narcotics, the fentanyl, the cocaine the, meth. But what we also see is weapons, so these are violent characters that we took out of the community."

According to the sheriff's office, Dellsean Hamilton was arrested at the end of September. Acting District Attorney Michael Keane said Hamilton faces several felony charges. Law enforcement agencies stating they found three-fourths of a kilogram of fentanyl and one-fourth of a kilogram of suspected cocaine.
