DUNKIRK, N.Y. — The Dunkirk Police are investigating a stabbing that happened Saturday.
Police were called to the City Marina for a report of a person hurt from an assault. When officers arrived, they found a man with non-life threatening injuries from a stabbing.
The victim was taken to ECMC to be treated and has since been released.
Investigators say they located a suspect nearby and he was taken into custody. The suspect, Sean P. Korzenski, 31, of Dunkirk is charged with Assault in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon. He is currently being held pending an arraignment.
