BUFFALO, N.Y. — Crime Stoppers are offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of individuals responsible for a December shooting.
Willie Rutledge was shot on December 6 on Best Street in Buffalo. Crime Stoppers are looking for any information that will lead to the arrest or indictment of those responsible for the shooting.
