BUFFALO, N.Y. — Crime Stoppers Buffalo is asking for the community's help in locating a suspect in connection to a shooting. They are hoping that information will lead them to the arrest of Joel Brown.
The shooting happened on September, 6 2024 at 311 Kenmore Avenue in the Town of Tonawanda. Officers were called to 311 Kenmore Avenue just after 4 p.m. that day for a report of shots fired. When officers arrived, they found a 36-year-old man who had been shot in the leg and hand.
Investigators say the victim and the suspect are known to each other and that the shooting happened following an ongoing dispute between the two men.
Brown's known addresses are 19 Hill Street in Tonawanda, and 1225 Sycamore Street in Buffalo, according to police.
A reward is being offered of $2,500 in return for the information on his arrest.
