BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man has been accused of sexually abusing a woman.
Hunter Saxbury, 22, was arraigned in Buffalo City Court on charges of Attempted Rape in the First Degree, Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, and Obstruction of Breathing.
Investigators say that Saxbury allegedly attempted to force the woman to have sex and subjected her to unwanted sexual contact on April 8.
Saxbury is scheduled to return to court on April 12 for a felony hearing. The prosecution requested that Saxbury be held without bail. However, the court set bail for $75,000 cash. A temporary order of protection was also issued on behalf of the victim.
