DARIEN CENTER, N.Y. — One person was arrested at a Chris Stapleton concert last month at Darien Lake Amphitheater.
The Genesee County Sheriff's Office, which announced the arrest on Friday night, said an investigation focused on allegations that a 19-year-old man from North Tonawanda intentionally damaged a cell phone.
The man faces a third-degree criminal mischief charge. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Darien Court on Aug. 27.
Earlier this month at the Jason Aldean concert, the sheriff's office said a 57-year-old man with no permanent address was charged with harassment after allegedly striking another person at the concert venue.
