CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. — Last Thursday, March 28 a Cheektowaga Town Court Justice arraigned a man for his involvement in a hit-and-run that happened at the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport in February.
Travis Rosario, 51, was charged with a felony for allegedly leaving the scene in a black Nissan Pathfinder. Rosario has been accused of hitting a 44-year-old man from Williamsville before leaving the scene.
The victim was taken to ECMC with serious physical injuries and underwent surgery.
Rosario has been arraigned on one count of leaving the scene of an incident resulting in a serious injury which is a class 'E' felony.
If Rosario is convicted he will face a maximum sentence of 4 years in prison.
