NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. — Two people were injured in an early morning rollover crash in the Town of Cambria Sunday morning, according to Niagara County Sheriff's deputies.
Witnesses reported seeing the car rollover and hit and tree around 3:42 a.m. on Saunders Settlement Road. Deputies said bystanders then helped the front seat passenger get out of the car.
The Sheriff's Office shared in a press release that the driver's arm ended up pinned underneath the vehicle but he was able to be removed and suffered no serious injuries.
Another passenger was stuck in the back seat, but deputies said they were also able to safely remove them.
The driver, 22-year-old Jordan Wilson, and passengers were transported to ECMC by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.
Wilson was ticketed for Unlicensed Operation and Unsafe Lane Change, and the back seat passenger was also cited for not wearing a seat belt according to the Niagara County Sheriff's office.
