BUFFALO, N.Y. — An arrest has been made nearly three weeks after a man was shot in the head and lived.
James Thomas, 24, was arrested Wednesday after police said he shot a 44-year-old man from Buffalo on the 100 block of Davidson Avenue — near Bailey and Kensington avenues — back on Nov. 9.
The victim was taken to Erie County Medical to be treated for that head injury, Buffalo Police said in a statement.
Thomas faces felony one count of attempted murder. A search of the New York State electric court filing system showed that Thomas is scheduled to appear in Buffalo City Court on Dec. 2 and Dec. 17. He has a defense attorney.
