BUFFALO, N.Y. — An investigation is underway after Buffalo Police say they found a man's body early Wednesday morning.
Buffalo Police say that they are now investigating the incident as a homicide after an autopsy ruled that the man died from a stabbing.
Police say officers were called at 1:20 a.m. to the first block of Kilhoffer Street to check on suspicious activity. That's when they found a 50-year-old man's body.
The Erie County medical examiners have performed an autopsy. According to authorities, the man died from multiple stab wounds.
