A search warrant was issued along with a temporary extreme risk protection order on February 5.

On February 6, the suspect had been reported again for allegedly breaking into a home, and scattering cat food all over the place.

During the search warrant Officers retrieved brass knuckles, a ASP baton, a security badge, and Cobray CM-11 handgun from the suspect.
