BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man has pleaded guilty to a deadly stabbing in Buffalo's Lovejoy neighborhood last summer.
Joshua Eddy, 23, pleaded guilty to one count of manslaughter in the first degree.
The stabbing took place on June 26, 2022, around 11 p.m. near Ideal Street and East Lovejoy Street. Eddy stabbed two victims during the incident.
Hasheen Wilson, 32, was stabbed in the chest and the back multiple times. He was taken to ECMC in an ambulance and was pronounced dead.
The other 27-year-old victim was taken to ECMC to be treated for a wound on his leg.
Eddy faces a maximum of 25 years in prison. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Aug. 15 and is being held without bail.
