BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man has been arrested and arraigned for the fatal shooting of another man last month.
Mario Washington, 21, is charged with one count of second degree murder. He's accused in the death of 28-year-old Shariff Jackson who was shot and killed while sitting in a vehicle in the 1200 block of Delaware Avenue the night of July 1.
Washington is being held without bail and is due back before Buffalo City Court Judge Shannon Heneghan next week.
