BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo man is facing charges for allegedly sexually abusing a child.
Richard Tyes, 39, is charged with one count of sexual abuse and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in court January 17.
Investigators say Tyes allegedly made sexual advances towards a victim who is less than 13 years old at a location in the City of Buffalo. He is also accused of showing that victim sexually explicit photos and videos.
Tyes is scheduled to return to court Wednesday. He is currently being held on $50,000 bail.
