BUFFALO, N.Y. — An arrest has been made after a man was shot and killed Wednesday in the City of Buffalo.
Levon Dickson, 49, of Buffalo faces one felony count of second-degree murder, Buffalo Police said Saturday afternoon. Police made the arrest on Friday, according to a city spokesperson.
The shooting happened around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of Warwick Avenue, near the 33 and Bailey Avenue. That's where Northeast District officers with Buffalo Police found the man — identified Saturday as 60-year-old Mitchell Reese of Buffalo — dead outside.
