DARIEN CENTER, N.Y. — A total of five people were arrested during two recent concerts at Darien Lake Amphitheater.

One of those arrests happened on May 22 during the Hozier concert, where a 32-year-old Buffalo woman was charged with assault and criminal mischief.

The woman "allegedly engaged in an altercation with another individual and caused physical injury to the victim," the Genesee County Sheriff's Office said in a statement Thursday. She was issued an appearance ticket and released, and she will appear in Darien Town Court at a later date.

The sheriff's office made four more arrests during a June 8 concert featuring Hardy.

One incident involved a 29-year-old Depew woman and a 30-year-old Cheektowaga man. They were part of an altercation, the sheriff's office said, and charged with harassment. The woman was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child because one of the victims was not yet 17 years old. They were released with appearance tickets and a later court date.

Another arrest involved a 20-year-old Lockport man, who "allegedly punched two Live Nation Security Guards after being asked to leave the concert venue," the sheriff's office said. He was charged with harassment and will appear in town court at a later date.

The final arrest involved a 24-year-old Niagara Falls man, who is charged with trespassing after allegedly entering the venue after being ejected from the concert. He also received an appearance ticket and a future court date.
