BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Erie County District Attorney says an arrest has been made in connection with a murder last week on Grimes Street.
Ruben Marchese, 54, of Buffalo is charged with second degree murder.
The shooting last wednesday killed Carlos Perez-Torres, 44.
Marchese is due back in court on Thursday.
