LANCASTER, New York — Lancaster Police say an Alden man is facing charges for a crash in Lancaster that killed a 10-year-old boy, and hurt two others.
Nicholas Rich has been charged with vehicular manslaughter, driving while intoxicated, tampering with physical evidence, and reckless driving. He could face more charges once the results of a toxicology report are released.
The crash happened on October 13th on Broadway near Schwartz Road. Police say 10-year-old Levi Zielonka died in the crash and two others were hurt.
