JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — Jamestown Police say a woman is facing charges, for allegedly attacking a patient she was taking care of at a local care facility.
51-year-old Patricia Baez of Jamestown is facing charges of Endangering the Welfare of a physically disabled person in the 1st Degree, and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.
Jamestown Police claim that back on December 17th Baez grabbed the victim by the neck and dragged them to their room at the care facility.
Baez was then transported to the Jamestown City Jail where she has been held for court.
