BUFFALO, N.Y. — Two arrests have been made following a robbery and shooting at a 7-Eleven store in the City of Buffalo.
Buffalo Police say the shooting happened around 5 p.m. Thursday at a 7-Eleven store on East Lovejoy Street. Four people were taken into police custody following the shooting.
Tyyon Brown, 22, and Israel McMillian, 19, have both been arrested and charged in connection to the incident. Brown has been charged with assault in the first degree, robbery in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. McMillian was charged with robbery in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
A handgun was recovered in the arrest, according to police.
The 60-year-old victim was treated at ECMC and is said to be in stable condition.
