NYS Missing Persons Clearinghouse looking for 2 Rochester teens

Both girls went missing from the Rochester area on January 7 and could be traveling to Buffalo according to the NYS Missing Persons Clearinghouse.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Erie County Sheriff's Office has asked the community with help in locating another missing Rochester teen. 

Yesterday we shared a post on missing 16-year-old Emily Merrick, and today 17-year-old Hailey Cantwell. We are unsure if the 2 cases are connected. 

Both girls went missing from the Rochester area on January 7 and both could be traveling to Buffalo according to the NYS Missing Persons Clearinghouse

Hailey Cantwell is described as a white female with brown hair & eyes, and stands 5'0" tall. She was last seen wearing a purple hooded sweatshirt and black leggings.

Emily Merrick is described as being a white female with brown hair & eyes, and stands 5'2" tall. She was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt and red PJ pants.

If anyone sees either girl or knows of their whereabouts they are asked to call 911 immediately.
