NIAGARA, N.Y. — Two people are facing assault, kidnapping, and robbery charges following an investigation of a missing elderly male.
An investigation by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office and Town of Niagara Police Department led to the arrests of two people from Niagara Falls.
The charges for 31-year-old Gregory Perry include assault, criminal contempt, kidnapping, and robbery. He is being held without bail at the Niagara County Jail as he awaits an arraignment hearing.
Ashley McMillen, 35, has been charged with robbery, kidnapping, and assault. She was also taken to the Niagara County Jail, where she was arraigned. Her bond was set at $200,000, or $100,000 cash.
