BUFFALO, NY – When Buffalo police officers were called to assist Child Protective Services at an address on Bailey Avenue just after 12:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, they discovered an arsenal of weapons.
Police say they found two shotguns, one rifle, one knife and a machete – all within reach of the children in the home. There was also a marijuana grow operation in the basement, along with drug paraphernalia.
This happened in the 1100 block of Bailey Avenue. Police arrested Josue Rodriguez, 29, of Buffalo, and charged him with child endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and other charges.
Police say two children were in the home but did not release their ages.
