BUFFALO, N.Y. — It was a reorganizing day for the Buffalo Common Council.
This is the first time in over a decade that the council selected a new council president and they unanimously voted South District Councilman Chris Scanlon as the next president.
Scanlon sat down exclusively with 2 On Your Side after he was sworn in as council president to talk about what the relationship between the mayor's office and the council will be moving forward.
