BUFFALO, N.Y. — Widespread snow has come to an end and mainly calm but cold conditions will prevail into the start of the weekend for the Buffalo metro area.
The Winter Weather Advisories for southern Erie, Chautauqua and Cattaraugus counties have expired.
The outlook for the weekend looks relatively quiet but colder. High temperatures today will stay in the 10s and 20s for just the sixth time this winter.
A fast-moving storm system will likely bring a couple of inches of snow late Sunday night into Monday morning before a change over to rain showers.
