BUFFALO, NY - For those of you who enjoy grabbing a craft beer at the Blue Monk on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo you will have to find a new place come April 1.
Owner Mike Shatzel tells 2 On Your Side a lease dispute with the landlord, who happens to be a partner in the restaurant, is forcing him to look for a new Elmwood location.
He says April 1 is not a definite date, as lawyers for both sides of the dispute will meet this Monday.
