NEW YORK — A New York State assemblyman has raised the question: "Should New York be divided into two states?"
Assemblyman Steve Hawley, who represents all of Genesee County, Orleans County and parts of Monroe County, has submitted a letter to the New York State Assembly suggesting that the state should be divided into two separate New Yorks.
Hawley suggests that many believe there already are 'Two New Yorks.'
