EAST AURORA, N.Y. — Fisher-Price recently issued a recall for its Little People Mickey and Friends Figures due to a choking hazard.

"The heads of the Donald Duck and Daisy Duck figures can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children," according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, which issued the recall on Thursday.

The recall impacts roughly 204,000 units sold.

The commission urges people who have that Little People pack to immediately stop using the Donald Duck and Daisy Duck figures, take them away from children, and contact Fisher-Price about a refund. Once contacted, the company issue a $10 refund, and it will send a pre-paid return label so that the two figures can be returned.

The other four figures in that specific Little People pack are not part of the recall, which was issued after it was reported that one detached head was found in the mouth of a young child. No injuries have been reported.

Nationwide Walmart, Kohls, Meijer, HEB, and Kroger stores have sold this Little People pack (models HPJ88 and HTW75), as have online vendors such as Amazon. They've been sold since May 2023 and sell for roughly $20.

"The Donald Duck and Daisy Duck figures are about 3 inches tall, and both have outstretched arms," the safety commission said in its recall notice.

"The Donald Duck figure has a blue shirt with thin yellow stripes, a blue and black hat, and a red bow tie. The Daisy Duck figure has a light purple shirt, turquoise necklace and bracelet, pink shoes, and a pink hair bow. The model number is located on the bottom of the Goofy figure."
