BUFFALO, N.Y. — Campaign contribution data for the 2021 Buffalo mayoral race between Mayor Byron Brown and Democratic nominee India Walton show each of the campaign's contributions and expenditures. The reports show a lead in contributions for Brown.
This data was released in 32-Day Pre-General disclosure reports, which covers the donations and costs from between July 12 and Sept. 27.
Here is a summer of where the candidates stand:
Brown received a total of $831,279 in contributions and has spent $555,559. His campaign reportedly has $464,156 on hand.
Walton received a total of $441,669 in contributions and has spent $229,498. Her campaign reportedly has $360,181 on hand.
This most recent data has been reported since the July periodic. A final disclosure report will become available on Oct. 22.
