BUFFALO, N.Y. — When the Toronto Blue Jays and Major League Baseball teams play at Buffalo's Sahlen Field, they are surrounded by $340 million worth of construction activity within a few blocks of the ballpark.
That figure doesn't include the more than $5 million invested by the Blue Jays and MLB to prep the field for the team's home games.
