BUFFALO, N.Y. — For the first time, federally-insured banks doing business in Western New York hold more than $50 billion in deposits.
Or at least they did on June 30.
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.’s 2019 deposit market share report shows that 23 institutions held a combined $52.21 billion in deposits on June 30.
