BUFFALO, N.Y. — A new facility to serve North Buffalo and the Kenmore-Tonawanda area could be the first of several additional regional branches, if the YMCA Buffalo Niagara can identify funding to meet the recommendations of a future growth plan.
The nonprofit this month began surveying both members and non-members about the possibility of building a $20 million facility to replace two aging facilities: The Delaware Family Branch on Delaware Avenue and the Ken-Ton Family Branch on Belmont in the Town of Tonawanda.
