BUFFALO, N.Y. — West Herr Automotive Group has closed on a deal to purchase four dealerships — BMW, Audi, Volkswagen and MINI — from Towne Automotive Group.
In an announcement Monday afternoon, West Herr said that those four locations will be open as West Herr businesses as of Thursday. Additionally, West Herr acquired Towne’s northern collision center. The company will retain all 166 employees throughout the locations, according to the release.
Audi, Volkswagen and MINI are new brands for West Herr, bringing the company's total to 27 different brands in 39 dealerships. Twenty-seven of those dealerships are in the Buffalo market. You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
